AVA AND EXXON MOBIL PRAISE MALTESE WORK ETHIC

Medserv Malta has recently completed one of the largest and more complex mud operations the company has undertaken to date. Representatives from the client companies Ava (mud company) and Exxon Mobil rated the service as ‘A+’ and were extremely impressed with the Maltese work ethic.

“People here work with a certain ‘happiness’, they are very thorough, know exactly what they are doing and are eager to help.” commented Aaron Floyd, Technical Manager for Newpark Drilling Fluids, the Ava Parent Company.

“We wish we could have this team working with us in every operation we have!” added Adrian Sladojevic from Exxon Mobil. The mud operation, undertaken in the Medserv award winning mud-plant at Malta Freeport, involved a very large volume of extremely high density mud intended for a drilling project offshore Romania. The clients commended both the facilities provided and the service received, and rated it amongst the top in terms of service they have received in comparison to other facilities across the globe.
“This was the client’ representatives first visit to the Medserv Malta facilities and the feedback received was overwhelming,” said Godwin Borg, COO at Medserv Malta. “We put a lot of effort into ensuring our facilities are top notch and have invested heavily in our infrastructure, however we are really proud of the feedback we received about our people. We are in the service industry and feedback such as these comments received from big corporates as Exxon Mobil and Ava prove how essential good people and service levels are to the success of an operation.”
