Medserv together with Staatsolie Corporate Communication and Suriname Logistics Education, will be providing a number of marine cadets with practical experience. The agreement signed last week, will allow students from the Suriname Maritime Institute (SMI) to receive practical experience and training between June and December from Medserv, the logistics contractor of the Staatsolie Nearshore Drilling project.

Staatsolie started exploration drilling, up to forty kilometers off the coast, on the 1st April, 2019.
